TAMPA, FL (OCTOBER 14TH, 2019) –The 27th Annual NightMoves Awards (https://nightmovesonline.com) weekend concluded Sunday evening, October 13th, and they were a huge success! The festivities started on Thursday, October 10th, with the “Caravan of Stars” visiting Tampa Bay area dance clubs on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights. The Awards Show itself happened on Sunday evening at Tampa Bay’s newest adult entertainment club Thee Manor Gentlemen’s Club! “We had an amazing cast attend our show this year featuring Victoria June, Emily Addison, Christie Stevens, Arietta Adams, Misty Stone, Victoria Voxxx, Jillian Janson, Foxxy, Lauren Phillips, Axel Braun, James Bartholet and Ron Jeremy (to name a few). We also had seven of the top showgirls in the USA (Stacia Dianna, Janine Jericho, Dinah Might, Justice, Shelby Doll, Blake Monroe, and Shar Zayn) battle for $5,000 in the NightMoves Invitational Dance Contest! We had an overflow crowd, and it was quite an exciting evening!” said Paul Allen, owner of NightMoves Magazine. GENERAL MANAGER OF THE YEAR – Todd Trause TAMPA BAY LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT AWARD – Mark Glover The NightMoves® Awards, started in 1993, is the third oldest and continuously running adult awards show in the United States, trailing only the AVN Awards and the industry-only XRCO Awards. To be considered eligible, a movie had to have been released between June 16th, 2018, and June 15th, 2019. Individual Awards are also based on this same time frame except for those in the “New Starlet” category, whose performances between January 1st, 2018, and June 15th, 2019 qualify. Fans and industry people were able to log their votes for their favorite adult performers, directors, films, and feature dancers at www.NightMoves.xxx. Local (Tampa Bay) people voted for their favorite clubs, video stores, dancers, bartenders and DJ’s at the same website. The voting period ran from July 15th to September15. There was only vote allowed per IP address, and a legal ballot must have voted in at least six categories. The NightMoves® Awards were the first to allow fans to select their winners, making it the original Fan-Based Awards, as well as the first awards show to allow on-line voting. In addition to the Fan Awards, the show presents Editor’s Choice awards, based on reviews of DVDs in which nominated performers have appeared. The NightMoves® Awards are more than a one-night awards show; it is a fun-filled, exciting, ultra-busy weekend that includes “Star Caravan” events at local nightclubs and multiple radio appearances. The awards show was held in Clearwater, Florida Sunday, October 13th at the newest club in Central Florida, Thee Manor. Stars arrived in Tampa Bay on October 10th and visited area clubs Thursday-Saturday nights. Saturday, October 12th, was the “FanFest Expo,” where stars signed autographs, took photos and sold merchandise.
