TAMPA, FL (OCTOBER 8, 2020) –The 28th Annual NightMoves® Awards will buck the trend of all other 2020 adult awards show and still host a live event. Unlike all other shows and expos that made the decision to have online, zoom-type events, NightMoves® will still have their usual 4-day extravaganza that travels to various clubs around the Tampa Bay area!
“With Florida entering Phase three, reopening all bars, restaurants and clubs to 100% capacity, we looked at the coronavirus numbers and decided to continue our tradition and keep the show the same as in the past. We will do what we need to do regarding facemasks and social distancing requirements. Our local clubs decided that they want to participate, the stars we have contacted are still interested in coming to town, our online voting numbers are strong so why not do our usual live show”, said NightMoves® Publisher/President Paul Allen.
The NightMoves® Awards Show Weekend starts Thursday December 10th with a local, warm-up party at Silks Adult Entertainment in Palm Harbor. The following night the stars travel to 4-Play Gentlemen’s Club in St. Petersburg and Saturday the “Star Caravan” invades the world famous 2001 Odyssey in Tampa. Then on Sunday evening December 13, The Awards Show itself will take place at the Thee Manor Gentlemen’s Club, 3886 Ulmerton Road in Clearwater, FL. Doors will open to the public at 7:00pm on Sunday evening December 13th.
Voting for the The 28th Annual NightMoves® Awards started on July 15th and will now run until November 15th. There are 17 National Categories and 10 Local Tampa Bay Area Categories that are decided by fan votes! Last year over 350,000 votes were cast! Results will be announced the night of the Awards Show at Thee Manor Gentlemen’s Club. NightMoves® gives out two national awards in each category … a “Fan’s Choice” winner and an “Editor’s Choice” winner. You can cast your vote by going to https://nightmovesonline.com/vote-now/ !

NightMoves® Magazine started in 1988 and the first NightMoves® Awards, happened in 1993. It is the third oldest and continuously running adult awards show in the United States, trailing only the AVN Awards and the “industry only” XRCO Awards. To be considered eligible, a movie had to have been released between June 16, 2019 and June 15, 2020. Individual Awards are also based on this same time frame except for those in the “New Starlet” category, whose performances between January 1, 2019 and June 15, 2020 qualify.
Fans and industry people are able to log their votes for their favorite adult performers, directors, films, and feature dancers at: WWW.NIGHTMOVES.XXX (TAMPA BAY).
Local (Tampa Bay) people vote for their favorite clubs, video stores, dancers, bartenders and DJ’s also at: WWW.NIGHTMOVES.XXX (NATIONAL).
The voting period runs from July 15th to November 15th, only vote allowed per IP address and a legal ballot must have votes in at least 6 categories.
The NightMoves® Awards were the first to allow fans to select their winners, making it the original Fan-Based Awards, as well as the first awards show to allow on-line voting. In addition to the Fan Awards, the show presents Editor’s Choice awards, based on reviews of movies in which nominated performers have appeared.
The NightMoves® Awards are more than a one-night awards show; it is a fun-filled, exciting, ultra-busy weekend that includes “Star Caravan” events at local nightclubs and multiple radio appearances. The show itself will be held in Clearwater, Florida Sunday, December 13th at Thee Manor Gentlemen’s Club. Stars arrive in Tampa Bay on December 10th and visit area clubs Thursday-Friday-Saturday nights.
